Denny`s in Flagstaff

Great service, good food.

Waited over an hour and by not having communication between hostess, we were told that we were bypassed because the 1st hostess forgot to tell the 2nd hostess that we were waiting.

0 stars for the food. It all tasted 🤢🤮. The gravy was runny with no flavour. I'll give my waiter 5 stars. He was a super cool and friendly guy! + gave us a discount.

Came in for breakfast today. Our server Nate was anything but ontop of things. My husband had to ask another waiter several times for refills or for condiments. Our waiter was wearing his mask on his mouth instead of on his nose aswell. I saw the cook was not wearing a mask at all... So not even following Covid-19 reopening guidelines. I was completely disgusted. Also we asked for our steaks medium, got rare and cold in the middle. We didn't even bother to send it back because we hardly ever saw our server. Will never return to this location, especially if you cannot follow guidelines. This place should be shut down.

It legit has the best skillets lmfao and the denny's I went to had the kindest waiter ever

The service and food were perfect. We were in town on a two day snow trip and ate here both mornings. Our server was the same and he was attentive and nice. Our order came out quickly and tasted great. Will definitely be going back if in the area again

Rhonda and the team at this location are awesome. Rhonda is a sweetheart to every person that walks through the door. If something isn’t right, she’ll make it right and makes sure your experience is great.

Worst experience. I wont go back. The food wasnt what we ordered. We had to ask for things like our toast. The waiter was unkempt and had greasy hair.

My Denny's never fails me. Breakfast for dinner or a fat cheeseburger anytime. Denny's keeps me fed on my terms. I'll keep coming til that changes.

Worst experience I've had at a dennys. I get it. What should you expect it is a dennys. Well having a to go order take 45 mins and watch people come in after you and leave before you is ridiculous. Then when I ask whats going on there saying there waiting on the burger....I didnt order a burger. It was terrible. Finally got my order home only to find out my order is wrong

The waitresses are pleasant, if a little distant. Which is understandable for the circumstances right now. The place is clean, but I think they fry just about everything in the same oil because a lot tastes the same. They have a few new items on the menu. I tried the cowboy chopped steak something or other on the value menu. I thought it would be like prime rib chunk steak, but it was a burger without the bread. It was a little weird, but tasted good. As usual, the onion rings were delicious.

Slow service but I think only because they have fewer employees working. Friendly waitresses and staff. Good and hot food. Great place to eat!

This place is conveniently located just off the interstate on the way to Phoenix. The last time we stopped here, the food delivered wasn't what I ordered. We gave it another chance. This time the food took over 30 minutes to arrive (breakfast and a salad and not real busy at 2 PM)! We won't stop here again. The food was typical Denny's, but the waitstaff was sketchy. You can do better. There are several other restaurants in the vicinity.

Love the 8 dollar scrambler meal, can't beat the price for what you get.

Worst service ever, I was sitting and waited 20mins for the server, I was patient but the server could approach to me and offer me something to drink, he just pass by and avoid me. I had to leave to an other restaurant.

From the instant I walked in I was greeted with kindness, and no judgment of my LGBTQ identity...after traveling this country for weeks, and the appalling lack of manners, or civility in this country that I was shown. It was beyond welcome, and the food was amazing

"Curbside" pickup. Literally had to go inside & they got the order wrong twice. I didnt ask for cheese on my eggs, let alone unmelted cheese.

Drove 15 minutes from out of town to order pickup. Called ahead to place the order I was left on hold the entire drive there. Walked into Denny’s still on hold told the hostess about being left on hold for 15 minutes. She had no idea where the phone was at. The phone ended up beings in a waitress pocket. Which was no big deal. I understood they were a little busy. I ordered right then. The ordered was about $100 for everything. I paid and waited 45min once I got my order I drove all the way back home only to find out I was missing $60 worth of food and my younger sister had a long hair in her eggs. We called Denny’s to get a refund of our entire order. The manager told me that she can only give us a gift card, I told her I would not need a gift card because I would not return there. She ended up calling her district manager and a couple hours later we were refunded the entire amount. It was a stressful but very thankful the gave us the entire refund.

The Waitress Was Very Nice A, Little Forgetful, But That's Okay. Food Didn't Take To Long, But Some Utensils And Wares Were A Little Dirty. And The Breakfast Was Delicious But The Mac & Cheese Was A Little Bland And Grapes Were Really Sour So It Was And Okay Experience

Up from Phx mid week w/an EX. Never been to this Denny’s so gave them a try. Sooooo much better than that other i-17 / i-40 place. =(((Friendly & happy they are at this one. Food was perfect n ddnt take 100 years like the OTHER Denny’s. The young lady was very attentive n paid attention to details. I can be very &$(?@ fussy sometimes. She treated us very well. She even made a double strong pot of coffee for me. Very good !!!!!! We had a nice enjoyable meal, gave her a good tip n we were on our way. This place was A+ !!!!! = )

Good food, not a long wait.

With the right service and good timing, this is a great place to dine at. Mom and I have come here for years to meet up and visit visit friends and long time known staff. Food is always on point and music to sooth the soul and enjoy a cup o joe

Had late night bite. The waiter and service was excellent. Food was served hot and prompt. Server seen my face at disappointed look at onion rings and brought a fee extra which was nice.

Stopped by on Sunday January 26th... Service and food was absolutely on point! Our server Deanna was fantastic!! I'm a cook and I know how the business goes, and she is a true professional! Thank you for making our breakfast visit a memorable experience. Food was perfectly prepared too! I know what I'm taking about cause it's what i do for a living. Thank you and when we find ourselves in town we will definitely go out of our way to drop in.

Mask required😒. people were seated 6ft apart. But service was good. our server was attentive. Food was delicious. Ate breakfast for Lunch. Had drinks to go and the price we paid for the food we ate was good..Ever since this pandemic started we hadn't ate at Denny's in quite awhile, so it was good to eat at Denny's again.

Its kind of a tradition to now eat breakfast here on the weekend. Staff are always friendly. Food is good. They except expired coupons which helps out a lot, especially because we stopped receiving coupons in the mail.

Took 34 minutes to get my to go order. The $4.49 side of onion rings had 5 small rings. I asked for shelled eggs and got processed eggs. Soggy hash browns. Not sure I will go back.

A few days ago, I ordered from here and the service was good. The order was only missing the seasonal fruit (didn't realize until we were back home). So today I reordered the same items as before and added an item. When we went to pick our order up, we weren't allowed in unless we were wearing masks. Now I understand that it is mandatory starting on Saturday June 20th @ 8 pm. But this is Friday when this happened. We were told our order would be ready by 5:15 pm, so we waited until about 5:20 pm before we headed out to pick it up. We ended up waiting until approximately 5:50 pm (they kept telling us "it'll be a few more minutes"). Once we got home, started opening the containers we noticed a few of the meals were wrong & missing a side. This experience is making me rethink about being a patron of this restaurant.

Morning service was hideous, employees had the worstattitude and made the area feel uncomforting. Didn't enjoy my breakfast at all.

Husband ordered omelet and I ordered over easy eggs and they were really greasy. Husband had his gallbladder out and it upset his tummy. Other than that not bad tho.

I've been in Flagstaff since May and I'm staying a few months. I visit this location at least once a week. I like it overall. The food is good, I love Denny's value menu, and most of the staff here is friendly and efficient. (Only one exception I've experienced so far.)They don't seem to staff well during busy times though, or perhaps they just don't have enough employees? Either way, I always sense a panicked energy from the wait staff (and even the managers) when they're busy. Still, they get the job done, and for the most part, do it well.Overall it is a great experience visiting this restaurant and they're very accommodating to my vegetarian diet. It's nearly always a pleasant experience and the food is tasty.

Very VERY SLOW. Didn't wait long to be seated but after 20 minutes of waiting after the order was placed the waitress finally came back and asked if we needed anything. Asked her about the wait and she said it would be 5 minutes more. (she didn't even check) after 10 more minute... We just left. Good thing we were just passing thru. Won't be back.

I try to give this location time between visits in hopes of it getting better but I have not been surprised with a good experience yet.

Good service and food is fine. Nothing to write home about. The meat loaf is good.

Thay brought the food cooled, but other that, it was clean and staff was nice.
